Golf Season 2009 is Here

Welcome again to the President’s Corner. Here we update you about what is going on with us and with the company. Just as the new golf season is finally here, our new website is finally here and ready to handle all your demands in 2009. We will continue to add features throughout 2009 to provide additional content for your pleasure.

We are happy to announce that My Golf Book has been picked up by Barnes & Noble online. Check out www.Barnesandnoble.com and search for My Golf Book to see our products.

As you may have noticed, there have been some substantial changes to our website. First, we’ve moved our products to our new Store page. From there, you can view and purchase our products. The home page will now be used to provide additional features such as the Quarterly Newsletter, Message Board and the Joke of the Week.

The Quarterly Newsletter will feature interviews with people involved in the golf industry and news from some of the best golf resorts in the country. We anticipate releasing the Quarterly Newsletter in the 2nd Quarter 2009.

The Joke of the Week is provided for you to get a little laugh at the world of golf. You can submit your jokes to be posted to information@mygolfbook.com or just follow the link on the Joke page.

We will post our messages to keep you updated and some of your messages on our Message Board. A link is provided on the Message Board to submit anything you want to say. The shorter the message, the more likely we’ll post it. We plan on releasing a more substantial messaging system sometime in 2009.

We have implemented an Affiliate Program to get the word out about our product. We think we have a very useful and practical product for all golfers and will reward those that help us spread the word about My Golf Book. Visit our Partners and Affiliates page to learn more about the program and how it can benefit you and your golf-related website.

The Pros Corner will not only include tips from golf professionals but also articles from other professionals such as sports psychologist, dieticians and physical therapists that could immediately improve your game. The pros are using these other service providers to improve their games so maybe you should too.

Finally, with the recent time change for most of you in the country there is additional daylight to get outside and get those golf games back in shape. The time change and warmer weather definitely signal that golf season 2009 is finally here.
